GBGreat experience Great experience! We had a family of twelve and it was a relaxing and refreshing change from our usual jaunts. Flight was a bit long compared to Hawaii but we so enjoyed the Fijian people who were so very accommodating, friendly and VERY happy to make sure the stay was a success.

GBFiji Airways changed our flight time… Fiji Airways changed our flight time and flight number, and that caused us to lose our prepaid bulkhead seats. Melissa worked diligently over a 3-week period and was finally able to get Fiji Air to honor our original seats and restore them. She saved our trip, because I would not have been able to fly in the regular coach seats due to medical concerns. Nineteen dental students were counting on my being able to help them provided endodontic treatment in Tonga, and my not going would have been a disaster for all. Thanks you Melissa for saving the day for us.

GBPoor communication The vacation itself was amazing. However our experience with Fiji Travel was frustrating with poor communication. There was a problem with baggage being included in the flights (we were told in writing it was, then changed to it wasn't- apparently Fiji airways changed their pricing and whoever booked our tickets didn't realize it). Fiji vacations did eventually cover our baggage costs though the staff we dealt with were quite rude about it. While in Fiji I heard from many other people that that is a common experience with the owner of this company
