DOHad purchased a 1 year membership back… Had purchased a 1 year membership back when it was Scott’s cheap flights. Then the covid shutdown happened. Hadn’t logged in, received any flight deals, never even gave a notice that the name changed. Yet they took my info and enrolled me for 3 years. Refused to give a refund. Hadn’t even logged in. Got a weird notice from my bank and realized they had done this. Caution

USSerious lack of customer service- FIXED! Had an issue understanding the membership and cancelled (or thought I did) through the app. I emailed the company and initially only received an automated response. I finally got a response and they settled the matter immediately.

USSaved a Ton Thanks to Going My wife and I were planning a vaca to Cabo San Lucas and the airfare from our home in the Phoenix area to Cabo were terribly high in my opinion. I was about to pull the trigger on the expensive tickets when I received a "heads up" from Going of far less expensive fares to be had and where to find them. Their alert couldn't have come at a better time. Saved a ton.
