No hesitation - Going is a great tool that everyone should know about. Going saved me hundreds (thousands?) of dollars on flights this year. My son is studying abroad so finding inexpensive flights to get him there and back, get us there to visit him and get him opportunities to explore new parts of the world left me wondering how we would afford it. Took a chance and bought the Going Prime membership and it paid off, many times over! In addition to helping me find great deals, Going also provided great articles on travelling in general. How to travel better; how the industry works; dispelling myths; using points; when and where to travel inexpensively.... all great stuff. Highly recommend Going whether it's the free version or the paid version, depending on your need, without any hesitation. Get going!

Last month i left a very poor review of… Last month i left a very poor review of Going. To net it out, not only did they fix the issue, but the issue itself was most likely caused by user error (me). Still not sure why i never received their emails from my prior complaints but they truly went above and beyond to make sure ther issue was fixed and i was satisifed, I am impressed!

Excellent customer service About a year ago when I received notice that I would be auto-billed, I emailed Scott's Cheap Flights to say that I didn't want that. I was impressed with their prompt response. I emailed another query yesterday and received a response within hours. I'm going to upgrade to their Elite service.

Even if I don't use the exact dates they are showcasing, it helps by telling me when certain airlines and certain destinations are at a lower price. I got to use premium for a little bit to see the domestic flights as well as international and I can say it was absolutely worth it if you fly a lot! Going's articles are useful for frequent travelers and their deals are always amazing! Love their customer service!
