FRYou put me on automatic renewal which… You put me on automatic renewal which is did not want. the service is hard to understand and I have just snooped at it. I was slipped into a membership that I did not request, then renewed.

GBExcellent customer service About a year ago when I received notice that I would be auto-billed, I emailed Scott's Cheap Flights to say that I didn't want that. I was impressed with their prompt response. I emailed another query yesterday and received a response within hours. I'm going to upgrade to their Elite service.

GBNo hesitation - Going is a great tool that everyone should know about. Going saved me hundreds (thousands?) of dollars on flights this year.
