5 star I did paid off my installment plan completed I got ticket confirm from Laytrip sent email me thank you so much Laytrip is legal I give you 5 star I will pay again

I booked a nonstop flight and paid… I booked a nonstop flight and paid everything in full. Then, I get an email saying I could not get on the flight that I paid $1300 for and had to settle for a flight that only cost $600. Not to mention now I have the cost of baggage. If y’all cannot guarantee a flight for as much as y'all charge, the business shouldn’t even be in operation. Now my daughter’s birthday trip plans have to change. Very disappointed.

I would recommend This company made it easy to book a flight & make small payments. I had one issue with a price difference due to some flight schedule changes & Laytrip did the right thing & made it right & refunded me the difference. I will use them again, everything was wonderful & straight forward & I am appreciative that they made things right for me.

Definitely didn’t expect the payments… Definitely didn’t expect the payments to be so low!!! Definitely will be back for my next flight.

CUSTOMER SERVICE The process of getting a flight is convenient and nice, the issue im having is contacting the laytrip customer service. I have tried contacting them for over two weeks and no response. They only use email and don't have a contact information.
