The team tried their best to solve the… The team tried their best to solve the problem I faced trying to change the name on my ticket. The airline was not responsive but the team did not give up until the name was corrected after 5 grueling days. Tristen and Charles were particularly very helpul.

They made it right I booked a flight for me and my son. I was told the e-tickets would come by email within an hour. That didn't happen until I called back 3 times. But I got a follow up call and got help with my seat assignments that were not showing up on the airline's site. I appreciated the service.

My travel companion and I made airline reservations with Lizette to travel from Houston, TX to Singapore and Hong Kong, returning back to TX. We are senior citizens and Lizette went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, very friendly and above all, she was very, very patient. Lizette is truly an asset to your organization and would be to any organization. Lizette will definitely be my go to person for travel.

Had to pay twice for bags. Booked a ticket and paid for a checked bag. Arrived at airport to be told it wasn’t on their system and my receipt meant nothing. Spoke to a CFF rep and was told to buy more bags, send receipts and if he refunded. Being foreign I had massive problems paying in person and had to pay to change things. Still waiting to see if I am going to be refunded after paying for bags twice (both ways) and to change things (both ways).
