The agent is looking into the person I talked to. I upgraded to 4 stars from 3 stars. Original comment: I got my tickets and the process was relatively easy. However, when I was researching I got one price for an individual but if I increased the number of travelers the per-person price went up $8 or more. When I called to book hoping that talking to a real person would allow for booking all of us at a cheaper price, I was quoted a per-person cost of $30 more than I could get online. The person on the phone was not willing to look into the difference or cared.

GBI called in because when I made a mistake and put the wrong return time. I called in because when I made my reservation I accidentally picked the wrong return time. I had the pleasure of speaking with Simon Paul and told him what happened that I picked the wrong return time by mistake. The one that I picked would get me home to late and I have to go to work early the next day. He was able to help me correct my mistake and get me the return time that I had meant to pick to begin with. I really do appreciate his help and the great conversation we had while he was making the change.
