She listened and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine. I expressed that I wanted to leave at a later date. Then she came up with a beautiful idea. MXYou charged more than the final price… You charged more than the final price sent to my email… that is misleading as there is not an excuse or argument for that extra. I noticed when I was about to pay for extra luggage as the trip is for my grandmother (an older woman). With this I am not sure that I can trust you in the future with my payments.
