GBCompany willing to respond to comments After this comment, I received a phone call to address my concerns. I understand that only one seat was for the lower price. The agent is looking into the person I talked to. I upgraded to 4 stars from 3 stars. Original comment: I got my tickets and the process was relatively easy. However, when I was researching I got one price for an individual but if I increased the number of travelers the per-person price went up $8 or more. When I called to book hoping that talking to a real person would allow for booking all of us at a cheaper price, I was quoted a per-person cost of $30 more than I could get online. The person on the phone was not willing to look into the difference or cared.

GB2 days later! I looked on line for 2 days! when i found a reasonably priced flight, before i completed a booking, the screen would change and there replacing my choice was a higher price and different schedule not of my choice, and i'd call for assistance, i was told my option has been terminated. What caught my eye with you guys was 1st, your price did not change and i had plenty of time to book my option, called your # for confirmation and Q's, and everything was done with my satisfaction in mind! TY Guys, i will be back for my next vacation plans! J. Martinez

MXYou charged more than the final price… You charged more than the final price sent to my email… that is misleading as there is not an excuse or argument for that extra. I noticed when I was about to pay for extra luggage as the trip is for my grandmother (an older woman). With this I am not sure that I can trust you in the future with my payments.
