MXYou charged more than the final price… You charged more than the final price sent to my email… that is misleading as there is not an excuse or argument for that extra. I noticed when I was about to pay for extra luggage as the trip is for my grandmother (an older woman). With this I am not sure that I can trust you in the future with my payments.

USMy representative was Sheldon My representative was Sheldon. He was really nice and patient. I had many questions and he walked me thru the process and answered my questions with patience. At one point we had difficulty with my credit card. It kept showing the message of "Error" when Sheldon tried to run the number. But, he stuck with it and was able to rectify the problem. He's really nice and professional.
