tickets need to be issued immediately… tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

Brian was super helpful Brian was super helpful. The process takes a LONG time but he did help me find a decent deal. I would like to actually travel with these tickets before completing this review but I will update it after we travel. For now, I am giving 4 stars but without any mishaps in our travel, I will update this to a five-star review.

Jack is the best. Jack was extremely helpful. He listened to us, was patient with our requests, was very easy to understand, polite, got all the reservations correctly per our request, and we are not sure there could be a better person to help people obtain their airline tickets. SCAM site SCAM site Stole my credit card info and purchased tickets for other people Kept increasing price on my itinerary … low price on website … then increased price via phone … then no ticket issued due to “seat unavailable” … charged credit card for another higher amount!!!!! BEWARE!!! My credit card co disputed the charge to my account and that is how I found out that tickets were purchased ….the tickets purchased were submitted as “evidence” of a legitimate charge to my credit card!! Don’t believe the lies they tell to convince you!! SCAMMERS!!!

Levi is the best! This is a discount travel site. From previous experience with such sites, I knew that the price I saw online was not going to be the price I would be quoted upon calling. That being said, Levi was super patient, professional, and kind when helping me. He spent numerous hours and days following up with me and in the end got me the best price for nonstops RT. I will definitely be calling him back in the future.
