I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting. Grand helicopter … The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone even considering it. Well worth the money. We are looking forward to do it again soon! The pilot Billy was just as awesome and made our ride completely enjoyable!

Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! They seemed very transparent and helped me throughout the booking. Thank you so much for the great experiences! I will definitely book a tour again when I visit the US for my brother’s graduation.

The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.

Don’t book your experience through adrenaline As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.
