Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride… Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride for his birthday. It was awesome. Pilot was well trained and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to do the Coast and City tour .

Jeff listened to my concerns, brought them to a manager and had a solution that was agreeable within a matter of a couple of hours. Great to see this level of customer service in this day and age.
