Booked online Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business

Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride… Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride for his birthday. It was awesome. Pilot was well trained and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to do the Coast and City tour .
