Booked online Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business

Don’t book your experience through adrenaline As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.

Professional, caring staff Staff at Adrenaline responded in a timely and professional manner when our plans had to change at fairly short notice. We were still able to have a memorable flight over the Grand Canyon thanks to their caring approach.

Great Experience I booked 2 experiences through Adrenaline.com for our recent San Diego trip. One was a helicopter flight and the other was an L-39 Albatross jet fighter flight. Adrenaline.com made everything happen quickly and seamlessly. While the jet fighter flight booking was a little more detailed, I spoke with multiple reps at Adrenaline on a few occasions. The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.
