The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.

Jeff Delivered on a last minute request! Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year. Booked online Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business
