PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE I booked Helicoptor tour for Air Maui Hawaii using this site. Unfortunately I got covid 3 days before my scheduled travel. Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.

Excellent customer service Jeff has been amazing in helping us book rides for a large group of people! He was coordinating back and forth with the operators and responded promptly to our calls and requests. Very professional customer service, thank you!

I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting. Amazing Helicopter Ride in New York Such an easy booking experience and the service team answered all of my questions after giving them a call. The helicopter flight was awesome and it was so exciting to fly over Manhattan. Will definitely book with Adrenaline again!
