Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.
