Jeff Delivered on a last minute request! Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year. Don’t book your experience through adrenaline As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.

Booked online Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business
