Quick & Efficient Customer Service We had a last minute addition to our Helicopter tour. The staff at Adrenaline were quickly able to make arrangements for the additonal team member in very quick time. We really appreciated such great customer service that made the exeperience top notch.

I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting. Jeff Delivered on a last minute request! Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year.
