Don’t book your experience through adrenaline As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.

WE LOVE ADRENALINE WE LOVE ADRENALINE! My brother and I used Adrenaline to book our iFly experience. They made it so simple. All we had to do was show up! The customer service team is so helpful, patient and kind. Will definitely use them again in the future when we book other adrenaline activities (:

Excellent customer service Jeff has been amazing in helping us book rides for a large group of people! He was coordinating back and forth with the operators and responded promptly to our calls and requests. Very professional customer service, thank you!

Booked online Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business

Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! They seemed very transparent and helped me throughout the booking. Thank you so much for the great experiences! I will definitely book a tour again when I visit the US for my brother’s graduation.
