GBTook my boyfriend for a helicopter ride… Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride for his birthday. It was awesome. Pilot was well trained and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to do the Coast and City tour .

GBPLEASE AVOID THIS SITE PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE I booked Helicoptor tour for Air Maui Hawaii using this site. Unfortunately I got covid 3 days before my scheduled travel. Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

GBWE LOVE ADRENALINE WE LOVE ADRENALINE! My brother and I used Adrenaline to book our iFly experience. They made it so simple. All we had to do was show up! The customer service team is so helpful, patient and kind. Will definitely use them again in the future when we book other adrenaline activities (:

GBSeveral other customers have had trouble. They seem very shady and at the very least unprofessional and horrible customer service, if it is a legitimate business. Very shady! Ifly had no problem cancelling but couldn't because it accidentally went through Adrenaline, they make you think you are on the Ifly website. The Ifly even said they do not like Adrenaline and alot of their customers have trouble with them. If theyre going to do the 3rd party thing, why not be open and let customers they are a 3rd party? Why not have professional customer service? Why not be up front ? Why not allow cancellations when the actual business allows it? If they did, I'd be looking on their website for other fun things. But now, from this shady experience, they seem like a scam, shady business. I called for over an hour before anyone would answer, then the guy was very unprofessional and said he'd call me back after he got home. Then I called several times and got through to a lady that said she was on break. She at first said shed have to talk to her manager, then she said have Ifly email them, when I pushed and out right asked if they were going to refund me she said no. They could've said that on their website or at the very least when I first called. Very unprofessional and shady. Absolutely seems like a scam.
