Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! They seemed very transparent and helped me throughout the booking. Thank you so much for the great experiences! I will definitely book a tour again when I visit the US for my brother’s graduation.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE I booked Helicoptor tour for Air Maui Hawaii using this site. Unfortunately I got covid 3 days before my scheduled travel. Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

Great Experience I booked 2 experiences through Adrenaline.com for our recent San Diego trip. One was a helicopter flight and the other was an L-39 Albatross jet fighter flight. Adrenaline.com made everything happen quickly and seamlessly. While the jet fighter flight booking was a little more detailed, I spoke with multiple reps at Adrenaline on a few occasions. They answered all questions promptly and were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend their services to expedite booking these adventures and will 1000% use them again. The helicopter ride over the Grand… The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff. I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.

I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting.
