I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting. Quick & Efficient Customer Service We had a last minute addition to our Helicopter tour. The staff at Adrenaline were quickly able to make arrangements for the additonal team member in very quick time. We really appreciated such great customer service that made the exeperience top notch.

Grand helicopter … The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone even considering it. Well worth the money. We are looking forward to do it again soon! The pilot Billy was just as awesome and made our ride completely enjoyable!

Amazing service and experiences! 최고입니다. I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! They seemed very transparent and helped me throughout the booking. Thank you so much for the great experiences! I will definitely book a tour again when I visit the US for my brother’s graduation.

Jeff Delivered on a last minute request! Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year.
