Professional, caring staff Staff at Adrenaline responded in a timely and professional manner when our plans had to change at fairly short notice. We were still able to have a memorable flight over the Grand Canyon thanks to their caring approach.

Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

Jeff listened to my concerns, brought them to a manager and had a solution that was agreeable within a matter of a couple of hours. Great to see this level of customer service in this day and age.
