Parksleepfly is a scam!! The hotel got the reservation for the room but did not receive payment for car being parked there and charged me $8 per night to park there. Parksleepfly is a scam.

Our experience was very positive Our experience was very positive. It was very nice to not worry about driving to the airport from out of town and then needing to obtain parking for long term, and then procuring rides to and from the airport. We just drove to the hotel, spent the night, left the car parked at the hotel, used the shuttle service to the airport. Great way to travel for us.

AWESOME DRIVER Clean room, super early flight but cold breakfast options were still available, manager was eager to help and even though our flight came in LATE and past 1AM our driver was great and we got to our car in record time

the website is user friendly the website is user friendly. I'm disappointed that Embassy Suites in Miami is not participating. That is our go to hotel.

Within 30 minutes in my room a bedbug… Within 30 minutes in my room a bedbug began crawling on the upholstered headboard. My room was changed and was informed the room rate would be refunded and a manager would call in the morning. 48 hours later after no call nor refund I called the manager. Still waiting for refund. Both rooms were dirty with visible debris on the floors. Bathroom was very dirty, decided to forgo a shower
