Valu Inn motel and parking The motel and parking we booked were not at all as expected. The ‘long term parking’ was simply a section of their parking lot cordoned off. No real security and cars parked in 2 long narrow rows meaning they would have to move the cars around to get to the back ones. We cancelled our booking but have not heard back about a refund yet.

Hotel and trip parking This web site was exactly what I was looking for. It describe the hotel that clearly stated I could leave my car while I left the area and how much it would cost to leave my car. After I booked the hotel I received a clear itemized statement of the charges showing the parking charges separately. The process was very easy and I appreciated the confirmation. My room was changed and was informed the room rate would be refunded and a manager would call in the morning. 48 hours later after no call nor refund I called the manager. Still waiting for refund. Both rooms were dirty with visible debris on the floors. Bathroom was very dirty, decided to forgo a shower

the website is user friendly the website is user friendly. I'm disappointed that Embassy Suites in Miami is not participating. That is our go to hotel.
