Great Experience!!!!!! I was very apprehensive at first about using FBC Travels. However, Jason was very reassuring and afterwards my experience was great. My tickets were issued within 24 hours via email. The ticket prices were better than buying them through the airline. I saved money and I am happy with my transaction with FBC Travels. Highly recommend.

There's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.

I called in and met Oliver I called in and met Oliver, he followed up with several phone calls back to me assisting me to adjust my flights. He really went beyond the call to assist us. He's a true gentleman in his demeanor. Very kind and helpful, but also very efficient and precise. His research saved us money! What's wrong with that.
