Complete bait and switch Complete bait and switch. The company has no intention of giving you the prices quoted on their website. They called me less than 10 minutes after I booked my flight on their website telling me the market prices of my flight had changed. My flight was a 2-leg flight. They claimed they secured my first leg, but not the second leg, and the first leg was confirmed so therefore not cancellable or refundable. This is an outright lie I didn't realize at the time. All flights (even basic economy flights) are cancellable within 25 hours of booking by law. Bottom line. This company should be put out of business for its awful tactics. I'll never entertain using them again.

He's a true gentleman in his demeanor. Very kind and helpful, but also very efficient and precise. His research saved us money! What's wrong with that.

FBC website is not sync with the actual… FBC website is not sync with the actual flight. On other word, you may pay way more than what you’ve seen in the website. The only way to get out of this trap is to dispute through your bank.
