Oliver eased my fear and offered great service I contacted FBC and talked with Oliver, i was skeptical and asked alot of questions, oliver answered them and eased my fears, he offered great customer service got me on the flights for better than the price i anticapated, he was back to me in a timely fashion and booked and sent me confirmation ahead of the time he promised, i plan on contacting Oliver whenever i travel. do not hesitate to ask all questions. Yes - I'm confirming - flight was seamless and no problems with ticketing. Booking ticket was easy and service was prompt. When I call, I get a person and not the run-around. I trust this sight. Will use again. This is coming from someone is is typically pretty skeptical.

There's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.
