GBFBC website is not sync with the actual… FBC website is not sync with the actual flight. On other word, you may pay way more than what you’ve seen in the website. The only way to get out of this trap is to dispute through your bank.

GBHonesty is the best policy Honesty is the best policy. I will never ever go through a 3rd party to purchase a ticket anymore because there was no transparency in ticket pricing.

GBThere's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.

GBOliver was most helpful to us. Oliver was most helpful with finding a flight that works for us after the flight we had picked was not available. He was very nice to talk with and worked hard to get us a flight that works for us. As retired managers at a hospital we work give Oliver high marks for his customer service. GBGreat Experience!!!!!! I was very apprehensive at first about using FBC Travels. However, Jason was very reassuring and afterwards my experience was great. My tickets were issued within 24 hours via email. The ticket prices were better than buying them through the airline. I saved money and I am happy with my transaction with FBC Travels. Highly recommend.
