An Administrator in Action Kevin was excellent in assisting me when there was a problem with my round-trip flight from Gulfport, MS and Atlanta. He helped me when Visa refused my payment due to Fraud and in proving that Sky2Sail was really a legitimate business. He was polite and patient in seeing that all issues were resolved and did not rush me.

Following up for a confirmation on experience Following up for another review since my travel is over and wanted to confirm a good experience overall and that there were no unexpected obstacles in my flight experience. Yes - I'm confirming - flight was seamless and no problems with ticketing. Booking ticket was easy and service was prompt. When I call, I get a person and not the run-around. I trust this sight. Will use again. This is coming from someone is is typically pretty skeptical.
