GBLooting on the name of exchange policy After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. is nothing but whatever the price we quote. This is disappointing if they don't want to do like that, they should change their policy, not sure why the claim if they can't fulfill. Pathetic experience with customer support.

GBExtra charges due to airline changes After booking the flight, the airlines cancelled on flight and modfied schedule of other, but I am required to pay additional changes. instead of getting compensation of ittenary change without notice. and I am paying approximately 400 USD extra on my already booked ticket, including 250 USD charged as post booking charges by cheapo. very disappointing.. I am using happily using cheapoAir from last 10 years, but I need to rethink for my upcomming booking.

CAWhen they say cheap they really are cheap with their services… After giving them instructions to change the date of ticket they were not able to comply. Their phone system do not work properly as they are using people from around the globe with bad internet connections

GBYour Website payment system caused me… Your Website payment system caused me great stress as once my first payment was declined ( My mistake with wrong CVC number, I could not change from visa to amex. I phoned customer support and the first four agents I talked with were not helpful, always asking the same questions curtly and after givinbv all the same booking details they told me they were forwarding to to another department. It was only the very helpful lady in the card declined department that was exceedingly helpful. But the website problem remained the same
