GBBooked a flight Booked a flight, the entirety of the cost 357$ was taken out of my account, I received the receipt and everything. Just for them to attempt to take the amount out again so 704$ as a whole and when I didn’t authorize the second transaction they told me they didn’t receive the now missing 300$ from my account, called my bank and they confirmed that this company took the money from my account. They denied it till their blue in the face, what should have been a 10 minute call was me on hold being passed around for an hour and a half. I do not advise this site there is some shady stuff going on. I had to report theft and fraud to my bank on their end, just spend the extra 20$ and book a real flight through the proper airlines.

GBWay below average and not really… Way below average and not really cheaper than the competition. I made reservations on the computer but the Cheapo phone app had no record of them. I received two phone calls from them ostensibly verifying my information but really trying to sell me add-ons I'd declined on line. Another call was received asking if I wanted to change flights to a cheaper one which turned out to be six hours longer. The callers had thick accents and were hard for me to understand.

GBExtra charges due to airline changes After booking the flight, the airlines cancelled on flight and modfied schedule of other, but I am required to pay additional changes. instead of getting compensation of ittenary change without notice. and I am paying approximately 400 USD extra on my already booked ticket, including 250 USD charged as post booking charges by cheapo. very disappointing.. I am using happily using cheapoAir from last 10 years, but I need to rethink for my upcomming booking.

GBLooting on the name of exchange policy After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. is nothing but whatever the price we quote. This is disappointing if they don't want to do like that, they should change their policy, not sure why the claim if they can't fulfill. Pathetic experience with customer support.
