Another call was received asking if I wanted to change flights to a cheaper one which turned out to be six hours longer. The callers had thick accents and were hard for me to understand.

I phoned customer support and the first four agents I talked with were not helpful, always asking the same questions curtly and after givinbv all the same booking details they told me they were forwarding to to another department. It was only the very helpful lady in the card declined department that was exceedingly helpful. But the website problem remained the same
