GBAlthough it started off… Although it started off unacceptable...Mr. Williams responded very sympathetically about how I was treated so unprofessionally by Ms. Brown and he addressed my concerns. GBI had a problem with the flight it was… I had a problem with the flight it was the airline the Dennis and kosmel Went above and beyond to fix the problem for me And make sure I was comfortable with everything that they were doing to help me with the service that I need it.
