GBThis company is a complete Fraud!!! This company is a complete Fraud!!!! Do not use this company unless you want to be out thousands of dollars and left with no airline tickets. When we spoke to Monte and Fred, they told us to take it up with the credit card company because the airline cancelled our flight and now they can only get us flights if we give them another $2,000. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

GBAlthough it started off… Although it started off unacceptable...Mr. Williams responded very sympathetically about how I was treated so unprofessionally by Ms. Brown and he addressed my concerns. ILI bought 5 round trip tickets online… I bought 5 round trip tickets online for a single price. I received the order confirmation email but the flights were not yet confirmed. Hours later they called me offering other options for more expensive flights because the one I bought was not possible. When I asked for everything to be canceled they told me that 50% of the amount would be charged or I should accept the offer of another flight paying the difference in value. Scam offering something cheap to force me to buy more expensive tickets later.
