Horrible experience Horrible experience. I manage to secure fares online on your website, and when I attempt to make payment, I am told to call customer service. When I call customer service, the fare I am given is double the fare I had locked online on your website. This is most unfair, and it happened repeatedly.

I'm giving the company 3 stars for the… I'm giving the company 3 stars for the way they conduct business. First they show you a cheap airfare and you will fall for it. Then comes an email saying they can't offer you that airfare and that you need to call them asap. (They already have your credit card info with them). During the phone call they offer other more expensive alternatives which you will have to accept because you already agreed on the first airfare. Then they ask for a picture of your credit card and ID. How weird is that? Personally I had to speak to 3 different employees to reach the one that very politely explained their methods and that my money was completely secured with the airline. To this employee I would give him 5 stars.
