ILI bought 5 round trip tickets online… I bought 5 round trip tickets online for a single price. I received the order confirmation email but the flights were not yet confirmed. Hours later they called me offering other options for more expensive flights because the one I bought was not possible. When I asked for everything to be canceled they told me that 50% of the amount would be charged or I should accept the offer of another flight paying the difference in value. Scam offering something cheap to force me to buy more expensive tickets later.

GBI had a problem with the flight it was… I had a problem with the flight it was the airline the Dennis and kosmel Went above and beyond to fix the problem for me And make sure I was comfortable with everything that they were doing to help me with the service that I need it. We need more people like them in this field of customer service to make sure the customer is satisfied thank you so much!

The representative I spoke with (Neal Martin) to make my reservation was so helpful and he serviced all my needs, and the representative I spoke with Joel Newman) to get my return boarding passes was equally as knowledgeable, and courageous.
