Last minute wedding. Had a last minute wedding to go to, the company was able to get the bag to me in time. The bag it self was a awesome and worked as described. May have had a small wrinkle in my jacket, but some steam from the shower was able to get it out.

This is the second review request I… This is the second review request I have received for a garment bag that I still haven't received yet. It has been 14 days since I placed the order. I just checked the tracking number, and is still shows that UPS is still waiting to receive the package. So, I still have no idea when I might receive my order. I have sent two emails to the company asking what is going on with this order. I received one response, that just said, check the tracking number. Very disappointed that I have not received my order yet and still have no idea when if ever I might receive it.

The products are good The products are good, the warehouse staff not so much. Their Customer Service is great and responsive. I have ordered twice from them now and this time I received the wrong product. CS says they are going to make it right so we will see.

As a pilot I have to move from hotel… As a pilot I have to move from hotel room to hotel room very frequently. This bag meets all my needs as well is easy to transition from hotel to hotel with as well as loading in and out of aircraft’s and Uber. Only thing I would love to see is the same bag in leather.
