GBCheap products no customer service… Placed my order but no shipping information was available so I had no idea when the bag would arrive. Emailed customer service for status. No reply but the bag arrived the day before I needed it. The zippers are flimsy but with a little effort will work. Since I was going to a tropical climate so my bag was packed lightweight clothes for a brief trip. Nonetheless on my first use the strap broke at the clasp. This made the bag very annoying to get up and down narrow walk ways and resulted me in leaving my favorite water bottle at gate because my hands were full with my boarding bag and the strapless bag. I got back from my trip and emailed customer service. More than a week later still no reply hence my review. Go with any other company. Don’t waste your money.

GBYour product broke the first time I… Your product broke the first time I used it. How embarrassing to pay decent money for a bag that falls apart and you have to carry it all day in the airport. Every single zipper broke. I have never seen such poor quality in a bag. Your company should be ashamed ripping people off like this.

GBCommunication is lacking. I paid for express shipping as I wanted to use the bag for upcoming travel. Not only did I not receive the bag before my trip, but my emails (sent after the trip was over) asking for an update on my order went unanswered. It was only after I posted a comment on social media that someone responded. I replied to the response, and again there was no communication or update provided. I took to social media (again) which created a response. I did finally receive my items and have been using them. They seem to be holding up quality wise, as I am hard on bags. My hope is that the product will last considering the price.
