This is the second review request I… This is the second review request I have received for a garment bag that I still haven't received yet. It has been 14 days since I placed the order. I just checked the tracking number, and is still shows that UPS is still waiting to receive the package. So, I still have no idea when I might receive my order. I have sent two emails to the company asking what is going on with this order. I received one response, that just said, check the tracking number. Very disappointed that I have not received my order yet and still have no idea when if ever I might receive it.

Suit/Carry on bag Product fit all my needs, it was a bit confusing setting up the bag, bag did fit all my needs and was able to use as a carry on with no problems

Delayed - non shipping of order After ordering and paying for express shipping, my order has not been dispatched post the maximum timeframe for express delivery. Customer service post taking order and funds ordinary. Cannot comment on the quality of the products as they have not been delivered.
