Nice driver, smooth ride! Our driver was was kind and on time. He stopped at convenient places for our group to get food while going to our destination. He also drove very smooth, even when the Indiana highways can be a big bumpy. I would ride with Ray again.

Timely, Efficient, Communicative Fantastic experience! I am a meeting planner and booked BusBank for a very high-end client for 3 days of transfers in NYC. The previous year, this same client had a terrible experience using a different supplier. Due to this, they were very nervous and needed constant assurance that the vehicles would be in place and on time. It was my task to communicate with the driver and get updates to the client. Our driver, Irma, was skilled, patient, and polite, always on time and in place - not an easy feat in NYC. Here is a direct quote from one of the attendees: “And can we talk about the bus driver? I don't know where you found her but she was the BEST! I have never seen anyone parallel park a freaking bus on the crowded streets of New York! One of the buses we rented had no AC but the driver profusely apologized and contacted the company asap. Another bus we rented was about 30 minutes late but she was given the wrong address by the dispatcher and the wrong time, so I don't blame her at all. All drivers were professional and kind.
