Highly highly recommended. Great for families. Come highly recommended. We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease. We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later. Again, this company can't come better recommended.

Impeccable service: perfect for family travel Both drivers we had were amazing: professional, social, etc. Drivers were helpful (when we got in several hours late the driver was more than helpful with luggage while my wife or I attended to a very grumpy toddler up WAY past his bedtime). We felt very safe in the car while drivers navigated through Manhattan: a sharp contrast to taxi and Uber drivers! Vehicles were extremely clean and well maintenanced, and car seats were perfect for our toddler. Drivers were on time or early, and easy to spot at the airport coming in (past midnight), and picking us up at the hotel; they were in constant communication and kept us up-to-date regarding pickup times. All services were as advertised or better (one driver had candy!!), and we will use the services again when needed!

Solved all our Problems Kidmoto made travelling with a toddler so easy, and solved every problem we had on arrival in NYC, be it car seat, portable crib or stroller etc. Took a lot of stress around travelling with a child away. We would use them again, and recommend them to anybody.

Our driver Ramon was so lovely and… Our driver Ramon was so lovely and communicative. We were delayed 1 hour on the ground and and another in the air and he met us perfectly outside of baggage claim at 12 midnight in the rain and had the car seats all ready for our tired troops ~ this service was great
