Reliable and Safe When you're travelling with a baby, extra planning is required. After doing some research, Kidmoto seemed like the best way to transport four adults and one four month-old baby girl from JFK to Manhattan, along with loads of luggage! Everything went smoothly, with texts keeping us informed of the driver's whereabouts etc. All in all, using Kidmoto couldn't have been easier to organise, and we would definitely travel with them again. On the whole, fantastic service! Prompt, great car and comfortable car seat for my toddler. Gave us peace of mind when travelling abroad and arriving late evening! Only slight negative was the driver who, despite being very pleasant, spent the whole journey telling us how rubbish the city was. Not great when you’ve just arrived on holiday! Apart from that, very impressed.

Absolutely perfect service We used Kidmoto to travel from JFK to midtown Manhattan. Booking was pretty simple, I did it via the webpage, then the Kidmoto app did the rest. It notified us about the assigned driver, also got notification that our driver arrived. Our driver Manjinder was very kind, he sent us message that he was waiting for us in the terminal, I could chat with him using the app. He helped us with the luggages and we felt very safe during the travel. Kidmoto are incredible Kidmoto are incredible. Having travelled numerous times with two young children and always encountered issues either with the installation of the car seats or the size of the car, it was a delight to arrive and the pickup to be completely stress free. Great driver with a spacious modern car with the child seats as ordered, already correctly installed and of great quality. The driver also patiently dealt with our two heavily jetlagged children! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Impeccable service: perfect for family travel Both drivers we had were amazing: professional, social, etc. Drivers were helpful (when we got in several hours late the driver was more than helpful with luggage while my wife or I attended to a very grumpy toddler up WAY past his bedtime). We felt very safe in the car while drivers navigated through Manhattan: a sharp contrast to taxi and Uber drivers! Vehicles were extremely clean and well maintenanced, and car seats were perfect for our toddler. Drivers were on time or early, and easy to spot at the airport coming in (past midnight), and picking us up at the hotel; they were in constant communication and kept us up-to-date regarding pickup times. All services were as advertised or better (one driver had candy!!), and we will use the services again when needed!
