Unjust added fees Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm. I continually updated the driver through the app, however the driver decided to head to the airport even though we hadn’t even taken off. When the receipt arrived we’d been charged excessive waiting and parking fees. I emailed to query this and I did receive a refund, which I’m grateful for, but I hope this is not common practice as I would like to use this service for future trips (I did use for a return trip to the airport and had no issues)

Had an awesome experience Had an awesome experience with Nelson in NYC. On time for both reservations, big clean SUV with car seat properly installed. Even had toys waiting for my daughter to play with, and keep when we were done. Will definitely use again!

Great way to transport kids/ large group into the city! We needed a reliable and cost effective way to get into the city from LGA with our two kids (aged 9 and 2), my husband, and my parents, who are in their late 70s/early 80s. The all in price was comparable to two ride share cars, but had the car seats we needed and kept us all together in a comfortable and air conditioned minivan. Driver was easy to find, friendly and professional. Helped load us at the airport and got us to our apartment smoothly and quickly. Great experience!

Peace of Mind Our driver, Nelson was great! Texted the day before and morning of to confirm pickup place and give tiny tidbits of advice. He knew right when our plane landed and he pulled up right as we walked outside from baggage claim. Super friendly to us and our kiddos, stickers for my oldest. Car seats were installed properly and took no adjusting and they were clean-yay!! He drove safely, had fun information about where we were driving through and even interactively listened to my chatty four year old. We would highly recommend!
