Absolutely perfect service We used Kidmoto to travel from JFK to midtown Manhattan. Booking was pretty simple, I did it via the webpage, then the Kidmoto app did the rest. It notified us about the assigned driver, also got notification that our driver arrived. Our driver Manjinder was very kind, he sent us message that he was waiting for us in the terminal, I could chat with him using the app. He helped us with the luggages and we felt very safe during the travel. Thank you Kidmoto, I'll definitely use the service again!

Kidmoto is a fantastic service! Kidmoto is a fantastic service fire families with young children! Its such a relief to be able to travel with my little ones without having to worry about car seats! Nelson provides excellent door to door service for us, our two kids, 6 suitcases, and strollers. He helped make traveling with our little ones so easy. I would recommend them to anyone with kids and will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Perfect experience We had a really great experience using the service between Newark and Manhattan. I was initially concerned because upon booking I did not immediately receive a confirmation email, however, close to our travel date I received a confirmation text, which is exactly what the website had said would happen. I found the booking system user friendly and the drivers very courteous and professional. The driver who picked us up at the airport was available by text once we landed so we could let him know once we had our bags and were ready to meet. If we end up traveling to NYC with our young kids again I would definitely use this service again.

Unjust added fees Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm. I continually updated the driver through the app, however the driver decided to head to the airport even though we hadn’t even taken off. When the receipt arrived we’d been charged excessive waiting and parking fees. I emailed to query this and I did receive a refund, which I’m grateful for, but I hope this is not common practice as I would like to use this service for future trips (I did use for a return trip to the airport and had no issues)
