Customized & Help for Us Really enjoyed how the experience was customized for our needs and wish list. Securing the right show tickets, helping with city/museum tours, and restaurant experiences. The price was competitive with a large high end group tour but just for us. Every trip there will be an issue. What was impressive was the help on the other end of the phone to make sure we had the right flight, insurance or last minute tour change. Our family was a teen (new to overseas travel) with 2 adults (its been 20+ years)

If I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. Very over priced, ( $500 more for airline tickets) no communication,( takes days to get an answer) no confirmation of tours. Nothing is ever their fault. We have answers back from the hotel immediately. They claim no one answers The calls. I finally had to forget Kensington and book it all myself.

Great trip to Port Douglas thanks to Emma with Kensington Tours Emma our tour planner was able to quickly put together a package trip to Cairns / Port Douglas which worked perfectly for our last week in Australia. We stayed in a darling boutique hotel, had prompt/fun drivers and knowledgeable tour guides who made our trip a success. Thank you Emma and Kensington Tours!

Egypt,never visit alone without proper guides. Jovita Jarrell from Hyssop travel made our itinerary for Egypt thru Kensington tours as per our custom dates due to our daughter school schedule.We were really happy we did arrange it well.Egypt is not a country to be visited without proper and knowledgeable guides. Tourist traps are in every inch of Egypt.All the guides thru Kensington tours were excellent and saved us from getting into trouble with the hawkers.Every tour attendant from the airport or the drivers in Cairo,Aswan,Luxor or Hurghada were great.Always on time.Even on cruise St Sonesta attendants were great.There are too many to name.Bottom line is this,according to the guides Kensington and one other tour company are the most respected in Egypt.Better to be prepared when you go to this historically rich but economically very poor country. Working with Caroline Flarty is a Joy Working with Caroline Flarty is a Joy Caroline helped me with a family trip to Paris, Annecy & Chamonix and it was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and redirected this family to alternative areas when their desired locations were not seasonal. They LOVED their trip and their daughter got to celebrate her sweet 16 in the most magical way. I can't say enough about her thorough communication style and look forward to working with her again. She is the best.
