They have very knowledgeable people with any country you may be interested in visiting and will then customize an experience for you based on your interests and budget. Also you have a 24 hour contact wherever you are if you encounter any issues or have any questions. All tour guides were very professional and personable which created a very memorable and enjoyable experience.

Personal Heritage Journey to Okinawa This was a joint venture between Kensington Tours and Ancestry.com, and the main purpose was to visit my grandparents' ancestral villages in Okinawa and potentially meet distant relatives. I had high expectations going into the trip, and my expectations were exceeded. Everyone involved, from Jeremy (Kensington), Kyle (Ancestry), Yuzo (genealogist), Suiko (guide), the drivers, etc., all worked to ensure this was a trip of a lifetime. The hotel (Double Tree by Hilton, Naha) was also in a great location. I give the Personal Heritage Journeys program my highest recommendation.

Communication is Key Having an organization that communicates well not only with us but also with each other makes all the difference. I had to talk to several different people at Kensington during our trip and everyone seemed to be aware of everything that was going on. She was very knowledgeable and redirected this family to alternative areas when their desired locations were not seasonal.
