Great trip to Port Douglas thanks to Emma with Kensington Tours Emma our tour planner was able to quickly put together a package trip to Cairns / Port Douglas which worked perfectly for our last week in Australia. We stayed in a darling boutique hotel, had prompt/fun drivers and knowledgeable tour guides who made our trip a success. Thank you Emma and Kensington Tours!

If I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. Very over priced, ( $500 more for airline tickets) no communication,( takes days to get an answer) no confirmation of tours. Nothing is ever their fault. We have answers back from the hotel immediately. They claim no one answers The calls. I finally had to forget Kensington and book it all myself.

Egypt,never visit alone without proper guides. Jovita Jarrell from Hyssop travel made our itinerary for Egypt thru Kensington tours as per our custom dates due to our daughter school schedule.We were really happy we did arrange it well.Egypt is not a country to be visited without proper and knowledgeable guides. Tourist traps are in every inch of Egypt.All the guides thru Kensington tours were excellent and saved us from getting into trouble with the hawkers.Every tour attendant from the airport or the drivers in Cairo,Aswan,Luxor or Hurghada were great.Always on time.Even on cruise St Sonesta attendants were great.There are too many to name.Bottom line is this,according to the guides Kensington and one other tour company are the most respected in Egypt.Better to be prepared when you go to this historically rich but economically very poor country. Communication is Key Having an organization that communicates well not only with us but also with each other makes all the difference. I had to talk to several different people at Kensington during our trip and everyone seemed to be aware of everything that was going on. Minor things that could have mushroomed into a disaster were resolved quickly and dealt with professionally. A great team effort! Thank you!

A Trip of a Lifetime My wife and 3 of my adult children just got back from a 12 day tour through Japan. Our travel agent recommended Kensington and that was the best recommendation she could ever have given us. Loann was fantastic and she organized a trip itinerary that we fell in love with. It gave us a true taste of Japan without running us into the ground. All of the guides on the ground in Japan were fantastic. They were enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. All the sites and excursions were that we saw were simply breathtaking. We wouldn’t have changed one thing that Kensington provided for us.
