Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

The entire trip was fantastic The entire trip was fantastic. The app was so helpful with the itinerary broken down by day, city, hotel, transportation. The tour guides were fantastic. We saw more than what was originally planned as the guides offered stops along the route.

Exceeded my expectations Exceeded my expectations! I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.
