5/5 would recommend Our entire Australia trip was planned by Firebird and all activities were organized exactly to how I wanted it. Customer service was always available via phone for urgent questions or emergencies. I plan to choose Firebird for a future overseas trip.

Everyone was professional and informative and had the unique special talent to always express concern, sincerity and friendship in communicating responses to any question All the guides were very good , pleasant people and knowledgeable about the venue we toured Sabrina was perfect and could not have possibly been any better Emiliano was good Valentina was good, though we felt we could have seen more in St. Peter’s Basilica. Our itinerary stated we would be back at the hotel at 19:30 unfortunately we were back at 17:30 , ironically there was time to bring us to a Vatican souvenir shop outside the Holy Land Carmino was a very good guide in Pompeii Mariana was exceptional, very close to Sabrina We deviated slightly from the planned itinerary we did not have to time to enter and visit the cathedral and cloister but it was replaced by a pleasant surprise — we took a short boat ride to view the coast from the sea Again there was time to visit a local gift shop before the boat ride Nevies ( forgive any misspelling) was very very nice and very pleasant to be with and listen to Each of your drivers were exceptional and all your vehicles were exceptional, new, clean and spacious Firebird did a great job, we were very satisfied and have no complaints and will use you again and will recommend you to anyone Our only regret? The vacation was too short

This travel agency is the best This travel agency is the best! They planned everything meticulously, from the taxi transfers to the airplane tickets and the tours. They made my experience an unforgettable adventure to Finland. They answered my emails almost immediately taking into consideration that they are stationed in Europe. I will be back for my next adventure!

Celebrating my 70th Birthday in Italy I contacted several companies about doing a customized, private tour in Italy as I could not find a group tour that included everything we wanted to see. I went with Firebird because they always responded to my emails quickly, even on weekends. They never dropped the ball with us. That's what impressed me the most as the other companies waited until Monday to get back to me. The trip was my dream trip to celebrate my birthday. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. Everywhere we went we had a driver and/or tour guide waiting for us. We just looked for our names. The drivers were courteous and safe drivers. We had delightful tour guides, and we hated to say goodbye to them at the end of the tour. At least two of our tour guides taught English to kids during the day. They also spoke several different languages. Sometimes the drivers were not as fluent in English. My husband would plug a question into his phone and bring that same question up in Italian. Then he would speak the question to the person in Italian. We did not have communication issues. We asked for and got 4/5 star hotels. We enjoyed all of them. Breakfast was included with the rooms and always good. We were surprised with a complementary bottle of wine from the company in honor of my birthday. Our trip took us from Venice to Florence, a day in Assisi, on to Rome, Vatican City, Sorrento, Pompeii and Capri Island. It also included a day trip up the Amalfi Coast. After our tour of Pompeii, we were given coupons for a free pizza and pop at a local restaurant, complements of Firebird. We appreciated little things like that. We traveled by private driver, train and a motorboat. We had one glitch along the way, but I did an instant chat with Firebird. They got back to me right away and told us what to do and where to go. We highly recommend Firebird and will use their services again.

First trip to Italy This was my first trip to Italy and using Firebird. They did a great job and were very attentive. They followed our flight from Dublin to Venice and recognized we had two delays. Our driver in Venice was right there when we finally arrived and took us to the water taxi which took us very close to our hotel. My only concern was the length of the various tours. Seven out of the 8 people in our group were senior citizens and all 8 agreed the 4 hours of touring and walking was tiring, and after a while people started tuning out the guide. It would be most welcomed if there was a break in the middle. All our guides were very knowledgeable and considerate. Transportation was handled very well. I would use Firebird again and recommend them to others planning a trip. At Firebird I corresponded with Greta and she always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.
