First trip to Italy This was my first trip to Italy and using Firebird. They did a great job and were very attentive. They followed our flight from Dublin to Venice and recognized we had two delays. Our driver in Venice was right there when we finally arrived and took us to the water taxi which took us very close to our hotel. My only concern was the length of the various tours. Seven out of the 8 people in our group were senior citizens and all 8 agreed the 4 hours of touring and walking was tiring, and after a while people started tuning out the guide. It would be most welcomed if there was a break in the middle. All our guides were very knowledgeable and considerate. Transportation was handled very well. I would use Firebird again and recommend them to others planning a trip. At Firebird I corresponded with Greta and she always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.

Our family had a wonderful experience… Our family had a wonderful experience on our Firebird tour of Rome, Sorrento and Sardinia. We were able to tailor our experiences to our personal tastes. They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. 10-day Italian Tour This was our first experience with Firebird (and first trip to Italy). Small group of eight (4 couples all same age range) that vacillated to four many days due to some illness experienced by others. Tour was well planned and executed. Communication is a forte for Firebird, precision planning is impressive. Every hotel was 4/5 star, every guide was exceptional, transportation was flawless. Truly, Firebird knows how to make a great "first" impression! Highly recommended group.

The entire trip was fantastic The entire trip was fantastic. The app was so helpful with the itinerary broken down by day, city, hotel, transportation. The tour guides were fantastic. We saw more than what was originally planned as the guides offered stops along the route.

Amazing Scandinavian Adventure Our trip was such a wonderful experience. The team created the perfect Scandinavian experience for us. Each stop was different from the one before, and we were always in awe of all the things we were able to see and do despite the limited time. The Firebird team hit all of our bucket list items, from visiting the Vasa Museum; staying at the original Ice Hotel; dog sledding; and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Northern Lights at two of our stops. All of our hotels were perfect with the friendliest staff, great food and perfect rooms. The transfers made traveling from Denmark to Sweden to Finland as stress free as possible. This trip is one that we will always remember.
