5/5 would recommend Our entire Australia trip was planned by Firebird and all activities were organized exactly to how I wanted it. Customer service was always available via phone for urgent questions or emergencies. I plan to choose Firebird for a future overseas trip.

10-day Italian Tour This was our first experience with Firebird (and first trip to Italy). Small group of eight (4 couples all same age range) that vacillated to four many days due to some illness experienced by others. Tour was well planned and executed. Communication is a forte for Firebird, precision planning is impressive. Every hotel was 4/5 star, every guide was exceptional, transportation was flawless. Truly, Firebird knows how to make a great "first" impression! Highly recommended group.

According to the dates I choose and places I am interested in seeing, Firebird seamlessly incorporates transfers and local guides to meet my schedule. Private tours are impactful and help bridge cultural gaps with language expertise. I have used Firebird to help me plan several vacations and their customer support is invaluable when last minute plans change and adjustments need to be made in a foreign country. Great individualized service and communication This was our first trip to Europe and a special celebration for my wife and I. 17 days in Austria and Rome. Firebird handled all in-country transportation and lodging, and several personal or small group tours. I never worked with a tour company before and did not know anyone who had worked with Firebird previously, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I was extremely pleased with Firebird's personalized service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail / special requests. I felt like I had a personalized travel agent who assisted us with each step of the process, and whose goal was to identify what was important to us individually. The hotels they suggested or agreed upon were excellent and competitively priced. Their in-country transportation services (airports to hotel and city to city) were excellent with one exception regarding emailed train tickets which required a work around. The tour leaders they selected were very good. The thing I appreciated most about the Firebird services was their responsive communication during all phases, and their ability to incorporate all our specific requests. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we were provided.
