10-day Italian Tour This was our first experience with Firebird (and first trip to Italy). Small group of eight (4 couples all same age range) that vacillated to four many days due to some illness experienced by others. Tour was well planned and executed. Communication is a forte for Firebird, precision planning is impressive. Every hotel was 4/5 star, every guide was exceptional, transportation was flawless. Truly, Firebird knows how to make a great "first" impression! Highly recommended group.

An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up. Firebird goes above and beyond to try to make the experience stress free by taking care of the important details that sometimes can be stressful. It's our second big trip planned with Firebird. We will continue using them.

Everyone was professional and informative and had the unique special talent to always express concern, sincerity and friendship in communicating responses to any question All the guides were very good , pleasant people and knowledgeable about the venue we toured Sabrina was perfect and could not have possibly been any better Emiliano was good Valentina was good, though we felt we could have seen more in St. Peter’s Basilica. Our itinerary stated we would be back at the hotel at 19:30 unfortunately we were back at 17:30 , ironically there was time to bring us to a Vatican souvenir shop outside the Holy Land Carmino was a very good guide in Pompeii Mariana was exceptional, very close to Sabrina We deviated slightly from the planned itinerary we did not have to time to enter and visit the cathedral and cloister but it was replaced by a pleasant surprise — we took a short boat ride to view the coast from the sea Again there was time to visit a local gift shop before the boat ride Nevies ( forgive any misspelling) was very very nice and very pleasant to be with and listen to Each of your drivers were exceptional and all your vehicles were exceptional, new, clean and spacious Firebird did a great job, we were very satisfied and have no complaints and will use you again and will recommend you to anyone Our only regret? The vacation was too short

Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
