GBI would highly recommend Firebird… I would highly recommend Firebird Tours. I just came back from Portugal and had an amazing time. Natalia and her team are the best. They choose amazing tours for us and the guides they work with are top notch. Everything was so easy. They really listened to what we were looking for in a trip and were so friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to planning my next trip with them

NZWould not use Firebird again Firebird is incredibily difficult to deal with. With every difficulty a different person would answer. It was hard to make them understand exactly what we wanted regarding hotel rooms, and when it came to paying we were given three different bank account numbers. I was beginning to think we had been scammed. The trip itself was great. We visited wonderful places and mostly the guides and drivers worked out well, Although the Oslo driver didn’t turn up, and the one meeting us at the airport came with no sign so we didn't know who he was. Overall we loved the places we went to but wouldn't use Firebird again because they were too frustrating to deal with.

GBSecond Firebird trip, but not the last This is the second Firebird trip our family has taken. As a well-traveled and tech-savvy millennial, I couldn’t imagine traveling again without Firebird. The painful logistics, transportation, and tours are all carefully arranged and taken care of in the most convenient manner. It’s changed the way we travel forever and we will be using Firebird again in the future; it was worth every penny.

GB5/5 would recommend Our entire Australia trip was planned by Firebird and all activities were organized exactly to how I wanted it. Customer service was always available via phone for urgent questions or emergencies. I plan to choose Firebird for a future overseas trip.

GBFirebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
