Second Firebird trip, but not the last This is the second Firebird trip our family has taken. As a well-traveled and tech-savvy millennial, I couldn’t imagine traveling again without Firebird. The painful logistics, transportation, and tours are all carefully arranged and taken care of in the most convenient manner. It’s changed the way we travel forever and we will be using Firebird again in the future; it was worth every penny.

Would not use Firebird again Firebird is incredibily difficult to deal with. With every difficulty a different person would answer. It was hard to make them understand exactly what we wanted regarding hotel rooms, and when it came to paying we were given three different bank account numbers. I was beginning to think we had been scammed. The trip itself was great. We visited wonderful places and mostly the guides and drivers worked out well, Although the Oslo driver didn’t turn up, and the one meeting us at the airport came with no sign so we didn't know who he was. Overall we loved the places we went to but wouldn't use Firebird again because they were too frustrating to deal with.

Great individualized service and communication This was our first trip to Europe and a special celebration for my wife and I. 17 days in Austria and Rome. Firebird handled all in-country transportation and lodging, and several personal or small group tours. I never worked with a tour company before and did not know anyone who had worked with Firebird previously, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I was extremely pleased with Firebird's personalized service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail / special requests. I felt like I had a personalized travel agent who assisted us with each step of the process, and whose goal was to identify what was important to us individually. The hotels they suggested or agreed upon were excellent and competitively priced. Their in-country transportation services (airports to hotel and city to city) were excellent with one exception regarding emailed train tickets which required a work around. The tour leaders they selected were very good. The thing I appreciated most about the Firebird services was their responsive communication during all phases, and their ability to incorporate all our specific requests. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we were provided.

Our family had a wonderful experience… Our family had a wonderful experience on our Firebird tour of Rome, Sorrento and Sardinia. We were able to tailor our experiences to our personal tastes. They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. Everyone was professional and informative and had the unique special talent to always express concern, sincerity and friendship in communicating responses to any question All the guides were very good , pleasant people and knowledgeable about the venue we toured Sabrina was perfect and could not have possibly been any better Emiliano was good Valentina was good, though we felt we could have seen more in St. Peter’s Basilica. Our itinerary stated we would be back at the hotel at 19:30 unfortunately we were back at 17:30 , ironically there was time to bring us to a Vatican souvenir shop outside the Holy Land Carmino was a very good guide in Pompeii Mariana was exceptional, very close to Sabrina We deviated slightly from the planned itinerary we did not have to time to enter and visit the cathedral and cloister but it was replaced by a pleasant surprise — we took a short boat ride to view the coast from the sea Again there was time to visit a local gift shop before the boat ride Nevies ( forgive any misspelling) was very very nice and very pleasant to be with and listen to Each of your drivers were exceptional and all your vehicles were exceptional, new, clean and spacious Firebird did a great job, we were very satisfied and have no complaints and will use you again and will recommend you to anyone Our only regret? The vacation was too short
