Would not use Firebird again Firebird is incredibily difficult to deal with. With every difficulty a different person would answer. It was hard to make them understand exactly what we wanted regarding hotel rooms, and when it came to paying we were given three different bank account numbers. I was beginning to think we had been scammed. The trip itself was great. We visited wonderful places and mostly the guides and drivers worked out well, Although the Oslo driver didn’t turn up, and the one meeting us at the airport came with no sign so we didn't know who he was. Overall we loved the places we went to but wouldn't use Firebird again because they were too frustrating to deal with.

I would highly recommend Firebird… I would highly recommend Firebird Tours. I just came back from Portugal and had an amazing time. Natalia and her team are the best. They choose amazing tours for us and the guides they work with are top notch. Everything was so easy. They really listened to what we were looking for in a trip and were so friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to planning my next trip with them

5/5 would recommend Our entire Australia trip was planned by Firebird and all activities were organized exactly to how I wanted it. Customer service was always available via phone for urgent questions or emergencies. I plan to choose Firebird for a future overseas trip.

An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up. Firebird goes above and beyond to try to make the experience stress free by taking care of the important details that sometimes can be stressful. It's our second big trip planned with Firebird. We will continue using them.
