Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.

Wonderful trip This was our first trip with Firebird Tours but definitely won't be the last. Alex P was our agent and so helpful & responsive to all questions or concerns. Hotels, transport, guides were fantastic. Minor issues were addressed by Firebird immediately. Highly recommend Firebird.

Fantastic Firebird arranged Scandinavian trip Firebird arranged a fantastic trip of the Nordics for the five of us. Across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark the accommodation, transport, activities and transits were first class and seamless. I highly recommend.

They made my experience an unforgettable adventure to Finland. They answered my emails almost immediately taking into consideration that they are stationed in Europe. Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.
