GBGreat individualized service and communication This was our first trip to Europe and a special celebration for my wife and I. 17 days in Austria and Rome. Firebird handled all in-country transportation and lodging, and several personal or small group tours. I never worked with a tour company before and did not know anyone who had worked with Firebird previously, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I was extremely pleased with Firebird's personalized service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail / special requests. I felt like I had a personalized travel agent who assisted us with each step of the process, and whose goal was to identify what was important to us individually. The hotels they suggested or agreed upon were excellent and competitively priced. Their in-country transportation services (airports to hotel and city to city) were excellent with one exception regarding emailed train tickets which required a work around. The tour leaders they selected were very good. The thing I appreciated most about the Firebird services was their responsive communication during all phases, and their ability to incorporate all our specific requests. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we were provided.

AUFantastic Firebird arranged Scandinavian trip Firebird arranged a fantastic trip of the Nordics for the five of us. Across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark the accommodation, transport, activities and transits were first class and seamless. I highly recommend.

GBOur trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

GB5/5 would recommend Our entire Australia trip was planned by Firebird and all activities were organized exactly to how I wanted it. Customer service was always available via phone for urgent questions or emergencies. I plan to choose Firebird for a future overseas trip.

GBFirebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
