They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up. Firebird goes above and beyond to try to make the experience stress free by taking care of the important details that sometimes can be stressful. It's our second big trip planned with Firebird. We will continue using them.

Great individualized service and communication This was our first trip to Europe and a special celebration for my wife and I. 17 days in Austria and Rome. Firebird handled all in-country transportation and lodging, and several personal or small group tours. I never worked with a tour company before and did not know anyone who had worked with Firebird previously, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I was extremely pleased with Firebird's personalized service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail / special requests. I felt like I had a personalized travel agent who assisted us with each step of the process, and whose goal was to identify what was important to us individually. The hotels they suggested or agreed upon were excellent and competitively priced. Their in-country transportation services (airports to hotel and city to city) were excellent with one exception regarding emailed train tickets which required a work around. The tour leaders they selected were very good. The thing I appreciated most about the Firebird services was their responsive communication during all phases, and their ability to incorporate all our specific requests. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we were provided.

Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.
