An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up. Firebird goes above and beyond to try to make the experience stress free by taking care of the important details that sometimes can be stressful. It's our second big trip planned with Firebird. We will continue using them.

Great individualized service and communication This was our first trip to Europe and a special celebration for my wife and I. 17 days in Austria and Rome. Firebird handled all in-country transportation and lodging, and several personal or small group tours. I never worked with a tour company before and did not know anyone who had worked with Firebird previously, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I was extremely pleased with Firebird's personalized service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail / special requests. I felt like I had a personalized travel agent who assisted us with each step of the process, and whose goal was to identify what was important to us individually. The hotels they suggested or agreed upon were excellent and competitively priced. Their in-country transportation services (airports to hotel and city to city) were excellent with one exception regarding emailed train tickets which required a work around. The tour leaders they selected were very good. The thing I appreciated most about the Firebird services was their responsive communication during all phases, and their ability to incorporate all our specific requests. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we were provided.

I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.

Highly recommend Firebird for the perfect vacation! Firebird consistently helps me to plan and implement the perfect vacation. According to the dates I choose and places I am interested in seeing, Firebird seamlessly incorporates transfers and local guides to meet my schedule. Private tours are impactful and help bridge cultural gaps with language expertise. I have used Firebird to help me plan several vacations and their customer support is invaluable when last minute plans change and adjustments need to be made in a foreign country. I highly recommend their services. Already planning my next vacation with their assistance of course!

Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
