They choose amazing tours for us and the guides they work with are top notch. Everything was so easy. First trip to Italy This was my first trip to Italy and using Firebird. They did a great job and were very attentive. They followed our flight from Dublin to Venice and recognized we had two delays. Our driver in Venice was right there when we finally arrived and took us to the water taxi which took us very close to our hotel. My only concern was the length of the various tours. Seven out of the 8 people in our group were senior citizens and all 8 agreed the 4 hours of touring and walking was tiring, and after a while people started tuning out the guide. It would be most welcomed if there was a break in the middle. All our guides were very knowledgeable and considerate. Transportation was handled very well. I would use Firebird again and recommend them to others planning a trip. At Firebird I corresponded with Greta and she always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.

Fantastic Firebird arranged Scandinavian trip Firebird arranged a fantastic trip of the Nordics for the five of us. Across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark the accommodation, transport, activities and transits were first class and seamless. I highly recommend.

An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up. Firebird goes above and beyond to try to make the experience stress free by taking care of the important details that sometimes can be stressful. It's our second big trip planned with Firebird. We will continue using them.

Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
