Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.

They made my experience an unforgettable adventure to Finland. They answered my emails almost immediately taking into consideration that they are stationed in Europe. An Amazing Lapland Experience Our trip to Lapland was amazing! It was everything I hoped it would be when planning it with Firebird. The communication was on point during planning, during the trip, and follow up.
