Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.

According to the dates I choose and places I am interested in seeing, Firebird seamlessly incorporates transfers and local guides to meet my schedule. Private tours are impactful and help bridge cultural gaps with language expertise. I have used Firebird to help me plan several vacations and their customer support is invaluable when last minute plans change and adjustments need to be made in a foreign country. I highly recommend their services. Already planning my next vacation with their assistance of course!
