10-day Italian Tour This was our first experience with Firebird (and first trip to Italy). Small group of eight (4 couples all same age range) that vacillated to four many days due to some illness experienced by others. Tour was well planned and executed. Communication is a forte for Firebird, precision planning is impressive. Every hotel was 4/5 star, every guide was exceptional, transportation was flawless. Truly, Firebird knows how to make a great "first" impression! Highly recommended group.

The entire trip was fantastic The entire trip was fantastic. The app was so helpful with the itinerary broken down by day, city, hotel, transportation. The tour guides were fantastic. We saw more than what was originally planned as the guides offered stops along the route.

Private tours are impactful and help bridge cultural gaps with language expertise. I have used Firebird to help me plan several vacations and their customer support is invaluable when last minute plans change and adjustments need to be made in a foreign country. Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.

Second Firebird trip, but not the last This is the second Firebird trip our family has taken. As a well-traveled and tech-savvy millennial, I couldn’t imagine traveling again without Firebird. The painful logistics, transportation, and tours are all carefully arranged and taken care of in the most convenient manner. It’s changed the way we travel forever and we will be using Firebird again in the future; it was worth every penny.
