Exceeded my expectations Exceeded my expectations! I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.

Wonderful trip This was our first trip with Firebird Tours but definitely won't be the last. Alex P was our agent and so helpful & responsive to all questions or concerns. Hotels, transport, guides were fantastic. Minor issues were addressed by Firebird immediately. Highly recommend Firebird.

Dear Firebird Dear Firebird Anna, Daria, Mariana, Veronica ,Olga , Christian Compliments to Firebird and everyone that made our vacation a perfect 9 days Your customer service , from each of the individuals we spoke with via email or phone was exceptional. Everyone was professional and informative and had the unique special talent to always express concern, sincerity and friendship in communicating responses to any question All the guides were very good , pleasant people and knowledgeable about the venue we toured Sabrina was perfect and could not have possibly been any better Emiliano was good Valentina was good, though we felt we could have seen more in St. Peter’s Basilica. Our itinerary stated we would be back at the hotel at 19:30 unfortunately we were back at 17:30 , ironically there was time to bring us to a Vatican souvenir shop outside the Holy Land Carmino was a very good guide in Pompeii Mariana was exceptional, very close to Sabrina We deviated slightly from the planned itinerary we did not have to time to enter and visit the cathedral and cloister but it was replaced by a pleasant surprise — we took a short boat ride to view the coast from the sea Again there was time to visit a local gift shop before the boat ride Nevies ( forgive any misspelling) was very very nice and very pleasant to be with and listen to Each of your drivers were exceptional and all your vehicles were exceptional, new, clean and spacious Firebird did a great job, we were very satisfied and have no complaints and will use you again and will recommend you to anyone Our only regret? The vacation was too short

Amazing Scandinavian Adventure Our trip was such a wonderful experience. The team created the perfect Scandinavian experience for us. Each stop was different from the one before, and we were always in awe of all the things we were able to see and do despite the limited time. The Firebird team hit all of our bucket list items, from visiting the Vasa Museum; staying at the original Ice Hotel; dog sledding; and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Northern Lights at two of our stops. All of our hotels were perfect with the friendliest staff, great food and perfect rooms. The transfers made traveling from Denmark to Sweden to Finland as stress free as possible. This trip is one that we will always remember.

Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
