Fantastic Firebird arranged Scandinavian trip Firebird arranged a fantastic trip of the Nordics for the five of us. Across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark the accommodation, transport, activities and transits were first class and seamless. I highly recommend.

Would not use Firebird again Firebird is incredibily difficult to deal with. With every difficulty a different person would answer. It was hard to make them understand exactly what we wanted regarding hotel rooms, and when it came to paying we were given three different bank account numbers. I was beginning to think we had been scammed. The trip itself was great. We visited wonderful places and mostly the guides and drivers worked out well, Although the Oslo driver didn’t turn up, and the one meeting us at the airport came with no sign so we didn't know who he was. Overall we loved the places we went to but wouldn't use Firebird again because they were too frustrating to deal with.

Our family had a wonderful experience… Our family had a wonderful experience on our Firebird tour of Rome, Sorrento and Sardinia. We were able to tailor our experiences to our personal tastes. They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.
