They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. Exceeded my expectations Exceeded my expectations! I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.

Firebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
