USAmazing Scandinavian Adventure Our trip was such a wonderful experience. The team created the perfect Scandinavian experience for us. Each stop was different from the one before, and we were always in awe of all the things we were able to see and do despite the limited time. The Firebird team hit all of our bucket list items, from visiting the Vasa Museum; staying at the original Ice Hotel; dog sledding; and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Northern Lights at two of our stops. All of our hotels were perfect with the friendliest staff, great food and perfect rooms. The transfers made traveling from Denmark to Sweden to Finland as stress free as possible. This trip is one that we will always remember.

USOur trip to Italy was a dream trip that… Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

USOur family had a wonderful experience… Our family had a wonderful experience on our Firebird tour of Rome, Sorrento and Sardinia. We were able to tailor our experiences to our personal tastes. They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. NZWould not use Firebird again Firebird is incredibily difficult to deal with. With every difficulty a different person would answer. It was hard to make them understand exactly what we wanted regarding hotel rooms, and when it came to paying we were given three different bank account numbers. I was beginning to think we had been scammed. The trip itself was great. We visited wonderful places and mostly the guides and drivers worked out well, Although the Oslo driver didn’t turn up, and the one meeting us at the airport came with no sign so we didn't know who he was. Overall we loved the places we went to but wouldn't use Firebird again because they were too frustrating to deal with.

USFirebird a disappointment Fragmented service. Poor English skills. Misrepresentation of services. Example: we paid premium price for driver and car, private, but received only a taxi cab, which I could’ve taken care of myself. Had to get another driver for one leg of our trip, because the one assigned to us gave us the impression he was falling asleep at the wheel, and had no meaningful English skills. Difficult to get responses on emails. Poor telephone service and callbacks. Very unlikely to use this company again.
