I spoke with Mr Harshit I spoke with Mr. Harshit regarding ticket cancelation of my brother, at the same time booked the ticket for my family which he did promptly. Needed to confirm payment and booking… The bank stopped the payment to check potential fraud and I used a different card. It wasn’t clear if the payment went through, so I tried the chat with Eric. He confirmed the payment as complete and booked the flight. It put our minds at ease knowing the booking and payment actions were complete. Eric sent the email with the tickets confirmed within 30 minutes.

I am really pleased with the way Harshit handled the issue.… I am really pleased with the way Harshit rendered help step by step to complete the failed payment process.Thus successful payment process got me the confirmation of my flight from BOM to BLR departing on 06 Oct 2022.
