Excellent customer service I was trying to book my flight and due to some technical reasons I couldn’t get through the booking process. The message on the screen said the customer care executive will get back in case of failed booking, so I waited for call and Mr Sumant called me and explained the situation and booked for the next convenient flight, he made sure that I got the confirmation email as well, he also answered my queries in very professional manner. Last min book- Thanks Rukshana I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket.
