Also coordinated with the airlines too for getting Max. Refund. He was helpful and his suggestions regarding the booking was also appreciable.

Refund issue resolved We have been facing one refund issues regarding our flight and the response from airline and travomint customer care was pending. Today we spoke to MR. Salman from the refunds department, he is a good listener , possess a good interpersonal skill to handle clients , quick in resolving the issue for us . I thank travomint and his team and Mr Salman for helping us .

Excellent customer service I was trying to book my flight and due to some technical reasons I couldn’t get through the booking process. The message on the screen said the customer care executive will get back in case of failed booking, so I waited for call and Mr Sumant called me and explained the situation and booked for the next convenient flight, he made sure that I got the confirmation email as well, he also answered my queries in very professional manner.
