INAmazing Experience for someone who read the negative reviews online So, due to some technical issues, I received a mail stating that the tickets are pending confirmation and reading the reviews online just got me more anxious on those tickets. But as soon as I was able to reach Sonia (the executive on the other end), she took the time to make sure that I receive all my confirmations while I was on the call with her itself. She did not just stop at sharing the PNR confirmation numbers through text messages but also made sure I got them on the mail as well just to allay some of the fears I had with the website!! Thanks, Sonia for all the support!! You have definitely won your company "Travomint" a loyal customer in me!

INQuick Changes in plan resolved through support I had to make changes to my plan and reschedule some flights but faced complications. Thankfully I contacted customer support and my issue was resolved over email within few hours of discussion. Thank you Salman for the quick resolution .

INExcellent customer service I was trying to book my flight and due to some technical reasons I couldn’t get through the booking process. The message on the screen said the customer care executive will get back in case of failed booking, so I waited for call and Mr Sumant called me and explained the situation and booked for the next convenient flight, he made sure that I got the confirmation email as well, he also answered my queries in very professional manner. Appreciate his help! 😊

GBNeeded to confirm payment and booking… The bank stopped the payment to check potential fraud and I used a different card. It wasn’t clear if the payment went through, so I tried the chat with Eric. He confirmed the payment as complete and booked the flight. It put our minds at ease knowing the booking and payment actions were complete. Eric sent the email with the tickets confirmed within 30 minutes.
