GBA productive experience with Anderson Smith I worked with Anderson Smith to change flights previously changed by the airlines without notifying me in advance. He was patient and very helpful. He asked for needed info and waited while I retrieved some of the info from my files/computer. He also verified my name on my passport and credit card for security reasons. He always told me when he was putting me on hold and checked back within a reasonable time. He also called me back when he said he would. He arranged new flights on another airline, handled the cancellation with the first airline and helped to get a refund of the first airline charge. Anderson was professional and pleasant to work with.
