GBEthan Wills has just made my day Ethan Wills has just made my day. Rescheduled my flight just 24h before departure while I was able to keep my first class and even made sure I had my window seat. I am beyond grateful and happy. Diligent, empathetic, polite, truly detail oriented and the real definition of satisfaction guaranteed. I hope our call is the to get you that promotion you deserve (assuming), thanks again Ethan and keep up the great work.
