GBMy confirm number is DELTA Airline… My confirm number is DELTA Airline Confirmation Booking references: G4R5EC. I spoke to Jennifer regarding my plane flight refund. She was patient understanding, and a pleasure to talk to. I will recommend anybody to Delta, and to speak to Jennifer Brown. Please give her a raise.

GBKenna did an excellent job Kenna did an excellent job. Of the many Spirit representatives I have delt with, Kenna was the only one to get the job done. I truly appreciate her professional approach. And the fact that she called me back when we were disconnected was very good customer service. Thanks Dorothy Sordillo

GBDave and Emily were fantastic Dave Carlos and Emily were fantastic. Dave couldn't have been nicer! He stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour, helping me rearrange travel after I got snowed in in Oregon! So professional and courteous. I couldn't say enough nice things about his outstanding job in helping me out. What a lifesaver! And Emily helped me (very patiently) with this link! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

GBCUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE Grace exceeded our expectations even with all the challenges we presented to her. Definitely appreciated speaking to her considering all the language barriers we encountered before her. She is a huge asset to this company. There needs to be more Grace's.
