Tomorrow was supposed to be our flight day, and FlyFairTravels LLC hold our flight credits and won't pay the flights they promised us for several times. Here is another customer's review from yelp that is so similar to our experience. So I re-post here to warn other customers. "I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this travel agency that I feel compelled to share. This review serves as a warning to others who may consider using their services. First and foremost, this travel agency, stole a significant amount of money from me. Specifically, they unlawfully took $1158.20 of my hard-earned American Airline flight credits. This act of theft is not only unethical but also illegal, and it has left me feeling cheated and betrayed. What makes matters worse is the deceptive manner in which this travel agency operates. When I originally called them thinking it was American Airlines due to their Google logo that day , as they are a Travel Agency, I was shocked to hear them answer the phone as "Thank you for calling reservations, cancellations, and changes." This response had nothing to do with a travel agency, but rather posed as the airline itself. This deliberate attempt to mislead customers is both deceitful and unprofessional. The fact that this travel agency disguises themselves as the airline is deeply concerning. It raises questions about their integrity and credibility. If they are willing to deceive customers from the very beginning, it is difficult to trust them with any aspect of travel planning or assistance. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and responsibility displayed by this travel agency is appalling. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and retrieve my stolen flight credits, they have shown no willingness to rectify their mistake or provide any form of compensation. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this Fly Fair travel agency for any travel-related services. Their dishonesty, theft of funds, and lack of professionalism make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. I hope that by sharing my negative experience, others can avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices. "
