GBCash all arrived on time by post Cash all arrived on time by post. I have used this company previously with no issues. Sadly cash had to be sent back as honeymoon cancelled. The return experience was fine - everything done as promised. Only worry for us was they don't fix the exchange rate for returning money. They did ultimately pay what they said they would although this wasn't guaranteed. We did lose £60 due to the drop in the exchange rate :'( This wasn't the company's fault though!

GBExcellent service. Excellent service. I returned from the US with some dollars acquired from the finance department of a well known retail store. They offered buy back. However, the rate offered by them was $1.47 to the £. The FxCompany's rate was 1.34, almost 9% better. I posted the currency as per their security instructions, have an acknowledgement the following afternoon and the funds appeared in my bank account that evening. What not to like?

GBAbsolutely brilliant Absolutely brilliant. I was a little concerned sending money in the post but knowing I had compensation included in the special delivery I paid for put my mind at rest. I needn't have worried! They emailed to say they'd received it and I'd get my money within 3 days...it arrived in my account on THE SAME DAY! So within 36 hours of sending the money I received my money. Excellent service!

GBIt does work You place your order on their website, you receive a confirmation of the order in your mail box and you send the cash via Royal Mail next day insured special delivery for the sterling equivalent. This means that you can feel quite confident. In spite of that I could not avoid a feeling of insecurity with posting cash. Therefore I would like to assure others, that can feel the same, that it works smoothly.

GBExcellent easy to do Excellent easy to do, easy to contact. No need for forms. Gave me more than £100 more than post office offered so worth the postage. Only downside was the dollars were purchased for holiday March 2020, pandemic prevented trip, and pound has plummeted since so I lost quite a bit. Not fxcompany's fault.
