Excellent service Excellent service, simple and straightforward. Had to sell some leftover travel money and didn't get a great rate in high streets. FX Company came up high in reviews and I was pleasantly surprised by the rate, simplicity and efficiency of their service. The currency was sent to them using Royal Mail insured Special Delivery and we were prompted as soon as the money was received by FX company. They mentioned that the money would be in our account within three working days which I'm sure it'll be. Thanks FX Team.

Excellent easy to do Excellent easy to do, easy to contact. No need for forms. Gave me more than £100 more than post office offered so worth the postage. Only downside was the dollars were purchased for holiday March 2020, pandemic prevented trip, and pound has plummeted since so I lost quite a bit. Not fxcompany's fault.

Was a bit concerned but trusted… Was a bit concerned but trusted previous Trustpilot reviews, so sent nearly 4500 euros from sale of car in France to The FX Company on Monday by Royal Mail and GBP funds were in my bank account by Tuesday lunchtime. Conversion rate was superior to everyone else. Extremely impressed. 5 star service.

It does work You place your order on their website, you receive a confirmation of the order in your mail box and you send the cash via Royal Mail next day insured special delivery for the sterling equivalent. This means that you can feel quite confident. In spite of that I could not avoid a feeling of insecurity with posting cash. Therefore I would like to assure others, that can feel the same, that it works smoothly.

Very smooth and straightforward Very good experience. Sent cash by 1st class special post (cost £6.80) and got the sterling in my bank account a couple of days later. It was better value than changing at the Post Office itself despite paying postage and only selling 100 euros or so. All very slick despite the slightly clunky-feeling website.
