Conversion rate was superior to everyone else. Extremely impressed. 5 star service.

Excellent service. Excellent service. I returned from the US with some dollars acquired from the finance department of a well known retail store. They offered buy back. However, the rate offered by them was $1.47 to the £. The FxCompany's rate was 1.34, almost 9% better. I posted the currency as per their security instructions, have an acknowledgement the following afternoon and the funds appeared in my bank account that evening. What not to like?

However, The FX Company service has been so great and very efficient that it put my mind at ease. Definitely would recommend. Have so far used them 3 times and once the amount was over €3,000

Disgusting company Disgusting company. Have taken 32.50 off my son and not sent goods. Phone number has been disconnected so unable to speak to anyone and they don’t return emails
