I needn't have worried! They emailed to say they'd received it and I'd get my money within 3 days...it arrived in my account on THE SAME DAY! Couldn't fault Used Thefxcompany to exchange uae dirhams back to sterling. Followed the instructions given, posted currency back on a Monday and had a credit on my account by Tuesday!
