GBEver sense my work switched to paycom… Ever sense my work switched to paycom everyone's checks are missing hours. Not reading punches. Hours can be all there but your check will still be missing money. It's a mess no one is happy. I may quit my job because of paycom. I will not work for another company that goes through paycom.

GBWorst decision I’ve ever made I was with Paycom for about 4 months. I REALLY wanted it to work and I TRIED for that entire 4 months. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. They promised ease of use and sold me on making payroll easier and more timely for me. Unfortunately, after the initial sales call, everything was a million times harder and took me 10 times as long as with my previous payroll and charged me way more with so much stress involved. Customer service was horrendous and sometimes passively aggressive and offensive. They were also very ‘high and mighty’ attitude and there is so much ‘red tape’ you can’t get anywhere with anyone. So difficult to find anything and use. Getting setup was a monumental task. Even canceling services was difficult and time consuming. Despite my best efforts, there was not a single payroll during that time that went smoothly in any capacity. I really can’t say enough about how awful my experience was.
