GBTerrible Customer service Terrible Customer service. Their 800 number people don't even know their own system. Issues are not resolved. They constantly push you to automate everything when they can't even fix small issues such as deductions or earnings. It's laughable that I could "save" time by having them incorrectly pay all of my employees. "Save Time and Money" It's misleading advertising.

And, Brandon Abate, our personal rep has been nothing short of amazing. He has helped us implement and been with us every step of the way. And answered a lot of questions we had.
