Implementation was our best experience Implementation was probably the smoothest transition. We had two amazing people who were the glue to helping us. Audrey and Kyle another shout out for your excellent customer service and proactiveness. After implementation it hasn't been great but we are hoping things can perk up. We had our implementation specialist for about 3 months but honestly it could be longer. Maybe have an implementation specialist part of the long term care specialist to help. They just have way more knowledge with the system then long term care. Also past people like sales and the introduction to Paycom training never responded back to any concerns we had to help us and guide us to someone who could. That was disappointing. We hope to continue to learn about Paycom's system and use it to the fullest capability.

Worst decision I’ve ever made I was with Paycom for about 4 months. I REALLY wanted it to work and I TRIED for that entire 4 months. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. They promised ease of use and sold me on making payroll easier and more timely for me. Unfortunately, after the initial sales call, everything was a million times harder and took me 10 times as long as with my previous payroll and charged me way more with so much stress involved. Customer service was horrendous and sometimes passively aggressive and offensive. They were also very ‘high and mighty’ attitude and there is so much ‘red tape’ you can’t get anywhere with anyone. So difficult to find anything and use. Getting setup was a monumental task. Even canceling services was difficult and time consuming. Despite my best efforts, there was not a single payroll during that time that went smoothly in any capacity. I really can’t say enough about how awful my experience was.

New Implementation The conversion from our old systems to the Paycom complete HCM system was the best I have ever been involved with. The assigned project manager had an excellent command of the platform and effectively customized areas of the system around our needs. The entire project was managed thoroughly with excellent communication and follow-up and kept on schedule.
