The implantation team was AWESOME The implantation team was AWESOME! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The schedule that we all came to agreement on was very nice as well. We knew exactly what we were going to be working on and the deadlines we had. Even before that the Sales Team was great. Very helpful with all our questions, and made sure we knew how the system worked before we committed.

Worst decision I’ve ever made I was with Paycom for about 4 months. I REALLY wanted it to work and I TRIED for that entire 4 months. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. They promised ease of use and sold me on making payroll easier and more timely for me. Unfortunately, after the initial sales call, everything was a million times harder and took me 10 times as long as with my previous payroll and charged me way more with so much stress involved. Customer service was horrendous and sometimes passively aggressive and offensive. They were also very ‘high and mighty’ attitude and there is so much ‘red tape’ you can’t get anywhere with anyone. So difficult to find anything and use. Getting setup was a monumental task. Even canceling services was difficult and time consuming. Despite my best efforts, there was not a single payroll during that time that went smoothly in any capacity. I really can’t say enough about how awful my experience was.

Outstanding product and customer service! Our initial point of contact, Brennan Vickers, has stayed with us throughout the whole process and is still involved when we ask him to be. We are extremely pleased with both the program (ease of use, especially by employees, and versatility) and the quality of the people we have worked with at Paycom.
