While there were a few problems at the outset with setting up our trip, our guide while we were there was amazing. Masha had a wealth of information and history. She was welcoming, warm and couldn't have done more to make our tour better. If you were planning a trip with East West I would absolutely recommend that you request Masha as your guide.

The air deals they find are always better than on the internet especially when it comes to complicated trips overseas including several connections. They have the same experienced and knowledgeable people working for the agency for many years. Together they provide an incredible travel resource, helping with visas, lodging, tour guides and other services. They helped us plan wonderful vacations in the US and overseas on many occasions. Their services is priceless. They are always available on the phone, via email or in-person. You can call them on their cell phones after hours and in case of emergency. You can always book a simple airfare online but when it comes to a more complicated trip using East West Tours is a smart choice.

Moscow and St Petersburg private tour We recently returned from an 8-day trip to Moscow and St Petersburg that was arranged by East West tours. I hope East West tours ferry trips to… I hope East West tours ferry trips to St.Petersburg can resume soon….I have recommended it to so many of my traveling friends! The trip wildly exceeded my expectations. Our wonderful guide and driver met us at the dock in St. Petersburg and from that moment on we were whisked around the sights and museums of this beautiful city. Our hotel was attractive and comfortable and served an impressive buffet breakfast. In the evening we walked around the neighborhood, enjoyed cappuccinos and chatting with staff at a cute cafe, consulted with the owner of a restaurant about the menu, and of course checked out the shops. (One thing we failed to do was to carry some Russian currency…..so sadly, we weren’t able to patronize the adorable red and black polka dot coffee truck….cash only!)
