The air deals they find are always better than on the internet especially when it comes to complicated trips overseas including several connections. They have the same experienced and knowledgeable people working for the agency for many years. Together they provide an incredible travel resource, helping with visas, lodging, tour guides and other services. They helped us plan wonderful vacations in the US and overseas on many occasions. Their services is priceless. They are always available on the phone, via email or in-person. You can call them on their cell phones after hours and in case of emergency. You can always book a simple airfare online but when it comes to a more complicated trip using East West Tours is a smart choice.

Trip to Russia Trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg was excellent. Enjoyed it immensely. Never beem on a tour where I was the only participant. HOTELS - Hotels were both modern first class establishments with English-speaking staff, good restaurants, in walking distance to major tourist attractions. FOOD - I guess I was expecting boiled potatoes and cabbage, so I found the food delicious, especially in St. Petersburg. First time for blini, palmini, borscht, and kvass among other treats. GUIDES - Alexey in Moscow was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, professional, very good English. My Guide in St. Petersburg, Masha, was a treasure. Very pleasant to be with. Introduced me to traditional Russian food. Made my brief stay in St. Petersburg very enoyable. Can't say enough about Masha. OVERALL - A great trip.

St. Petersburg Tour We had not used this tour company before our trip to St. Petersburg but we were very fortunate to have found it. The tour was excellent and covered the city, it’s history and a little of current life. The best part was our guide, Marsha. She has extensive historical and current knowledge, a great communicator and was friendly and helpful. I’m sure it is difficult to keep a group together especially in crowds, but she did so with calmly and pleasantly. Her English was impeccable. Our driver, Boris, kept us safe and was always there, waiting for us. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

Complex 5 country private tour Bobby put together a rather complex 5 country 31 day tour for us that was fully inclusive, e.g., airfares (complex because of the 5 country itinerary), securing Russian Visa's, airport meet/greet, private transfers, private guided tours throughout each country, boats, trains, all accommodations at 5 star hotels, and the logistical planning to make it all happen seamlessly. My wife and I travel once a year to places around the globe, but this trip had us a bit apprehensive due to traversing Russia from east to west and then north from St. Petersburg to three of the four Scandinavian countries.
