The air deals they find are always better than on the internet especially when it comes to complicated trips overseas including several connections. They have the same experienced and knowledgeable people working for the agency for many years. Together they provide an incredible travel resource, helping with visas, lodging, tour guides and other services. They helped us plan wonderful vacations in the US and overseas on many occasions. Their services is priceless. They are always available on the phone, via email or in-person. You can call them on their cell phones after hours and in case of emergency. You can always book a simple airfare online but when it comes to a more complicated trip using East West Tours is a smart choice.

Great service and expertise with flights and Russian visas. I've had great experience working with Alex. He has helped me get a Russian visa multiple times, letting me know which documents are important and which ones to leave out. For those of you born in the former Soviet Union, this process got way more complicated in the last several years but they will guide you through the process with whatever documents you do have. I've booked several flights with Alex. Prices are better than other online sites, especially when you have multiple connections and/or stops along the way. Great service and communication, flexible when it comes to short notice trips, and very helpful.

AMAZING TOUR OF ESTONIA/LATVIA/LITHUANIA Loved our tour -- hotels were centrally located and tour guides were informative & experienced. Saw so much of the Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania. So glad that we booked this tour with East West Tours. If you wish to see the real Baltic countries, you must book the longer 15 day tours -- spending just one or two days in the capitals are not sufficient. We even added more days to explore on our own. OVERALL FANTASTIC TOUR!!
