Customer for life! I've had such a great experience using OnPay! I signed up about a year ago and everything about the process was smooth and uncomplicated. Any time I had a question, I would call and get right though and a knowledgeable person would walk me through whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Moved to them right before closing down… Moved to them right before closing down this year for Covid. We've had to do lots of strange things because of the PPP loan.. Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. OnPay has been a great payroll service… OnPay has been a great payroll service for us. They are dependable and the website interface is easily navigated. Their customer service is wonderful as well, for the very few times I have actually had to use it. A far cry from our previous payroll service. I am so glad we made the switch.

I haven't tried any other payroll… I haven't tried any other payroll options. We found OnPay after researching the subject online. Been using it now for two years and it has been absolutely dead easy from the start and I have no training in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, etc. The interface is very intuitive. I handle all our employee payroll needs each week in about 5 minutes. Pay goes out via direct deposit. OnPay automatically takes care of all the details. And anytime I've called tech support they were extremely friendly, knowlegable, and able to answer any questions and solve the problem. I give them an A+.

Tough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.
