Any time I had a question, I would call and get right though and a knowledgeable person would walk me through whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Great Service, Great Price! We have been with OnPay for only one quarter. However, during that time the service we've received has been stellar. Help is always a phone call away. I've not experience long on-hold times at all, and the representatives have always been courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable at addressing my questions. We are very happy to have switched from QuickBooks payroll and have saved a lot of money, and they helped make the transition easy.

OnPay Rocks! I have done payroll for years and OnPay takes all of the difficulty out of payroll! Honestly they have a great app and a terrific team of people. They handle all of the standardized Federal and State Reporting. Even during the pandemic they were set up and ready to go for PPP and ERTC assistance. I barely lifted a finger, just exported reports that OnPay had developed to meet the requirements for the PPP and ERTC. I confirmed the IRS requirements were met and just forwarded the reports to our CPA's. On the rare occasion that I have to ask for help they are always available and supportive!

Responsive and Intelligent The team at OnPay is responsive and intelligent. They've helped us get boarded quickly and with virtually no friction. In addition, they've worked quickly to inform us of benefits options as we not only transition payroll and associated needs, but also with taking better care of our people. Tough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.
