Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.

OnPay Rocks! I have done payroll for years and OnPay takes all of the difficulty out of payroll! Honestly they have a great app and a terrific team of people. They handle all of the standardized Federal and State Reporting. Even during the pandemic they were set up and ready to go for PPP and ERTC assistance. I barely lifted a finger, just exported reports that OnPay had developed to meet the requirements for the PPP and ERTC. I confirmed the IRS requirements were met and just forwarded the reports to our CPA's. On the rare occasion that I have to ask for help they are always available and supportive!
