GBOnPay uploads general ledger entries to… OnPay uploads general ledger entries to quickbooks, our 401-K and easily allows employees to make their own changes and to view their payroll history. It notifies them when the direct deposit has been done. So far, the support has been great. There is a 2 day in advance scheduling for closing the payroll date and I would prefer a 1 day, but all in all this is an excellent product.

GBTough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.

GBGreat Service, Great Price! We have been with OnPay for only one quarter. However, during that time the service we've received has been stellar. Help is always a phone call away. I've not experience long on-hold times at all, and the representatives have always been courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable at addressing my questions. We are very happy to have switched from QuickBooks payroll and have saved a lot of money, and they helped make the transition easy.

GBOnPay is the best!!! OnPay is always so professional, courteous, and helpful. The agents I speak with are very easy to work with and are sure to help answer any questions you may have. I have loved their customer service. My OnPay account itself is also extremely user-friendly, even for someone who has never worked with payroll before! 10/10 recommend!

GBOnPay software fails and no resolution after 1 mth OnPay customer for 6 years and was a fan. I have now lost all trust as they have failed to resolve an issue caused by their software failure. One pay run failed resulting in some employees paid twice and others not at all. Customer Service was cordial but I have been told for a month that the development team was working on it and would provide an update. Not one update from them and the reporting is still wrong in their system. It's December and I doubt the W2's will be right. After multiple calls, emails, and now having to constantly check for errors this has become a massive waste of time. I am switching providers asap.
