The most straightforward and user-friendly small business payroll/benefits platform we have used and we have worked with a few of them: (ADP, AmCheck, Paychex, QuickBooks, Wells Fargo, etc.). The helpdesk is timely and efficient and available by chat or phone.

For this CPA OnPay has been a reliable "go to" solution. For this CPA, OnPay has been a reliable "go to" solution. My parents are older, and we have hired two care-givers to ensure their daily needs are well-supported. Ensuring they are paid legally, with all appropriate taxes paid out means that we need payroll help. I set up the entity and OnPay helps me do the rest. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.

Their customer service is wonderful as well, for the very few times I have actually had to use it. A far cry from our previous payroll service. I am so glad we made the switch.

Customer for life! I've had such a great experience using OnPay! I signed up about a year ago and everything about the process was smooth and uncomplicated. Any time I had a question, I would call and get right though and a knowledgeable person would walk me through whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend!

This company has fallen off over the… This company has fallen off over the years. My small business missed one payment for them and was completely locked out of the account(Snow storm and pandemic effected earnings). When paying the restore fee of 1200 dollars they would not allow me to run payroll anymore. For one mistake. Customer service was garbage as well.
